Bogard Your Brain This Election Season

Ten billionaires have given $730 million to the campaigns of people they can rely on to do their bidding and vote for THEIR best interests, not OURS, and if they have to lie or fabricate to get it, they will. Here are a few hints on how to bogard your brain this election season: 1) Find a radio or TV station that does NOT run political ads. All media have their biases, but at least Public Radio and Television don’t gratuitously dump paid advertising into your brain when you are unaware. 2) Identify a news organization that you can count on especially to report local news. I read the Capital Dispatch, which has lots of good local people and makes a credible effort to report issues that affect all of us. 3) When you have time and focus, sit down and listen to a news broadcast, interview or feature that you are almost guaranteed to disagree with, and consider it carefully.. Rest assured that 10 billionaires ponied up $730 million bucks because THEY want your vote, whether it is in your best interest or not. And if they have to lie or mislead to get it; they will!
